What are your rates?

Does Medicare pay for the services?

Unfortunately they do not, however if you require skilled care while on service with us we can assist in setting up services for you. We will set you up with a highly qualified MEDICARE Agency that does physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc. And if you are not satisfied with them, we will replace them with someone you will like. 100% Patient Choice!

How do you select a caregiver for the patient?

Prior to the start of care, one of our representatives will visit the patient and the family in order to assess the patient’s needs. We will review the patient’s requests and concerns before a caregiver is placed in the home.

Can the family interview the caregiver prior to working?

Absolutely, however keep in mind, sometimes time is of the essence and may not allow for multiple interviews. We promise to do our best in finding the most ideal match for you. 9 out of 10 patients have been satisfied with the caregivers we have matched for them.

Do you work with long term insurance companies? Are you familiar with their protocols for reimbursement

Yes, we do. We not only work with them, but also have our own team that specializes with long term insurances. The first step would be to contact our finance associates and they will guide you through the process. They are very familiar with elimination periods and other protocols your policy may have.

What if I need to speak to someone at the office after hours?

We have a representative on call at all times.

What payment methods can I use?

Both credit cards and checks are accepted, and other methods may be used upon approval.

How long does it take to get a caregiver?

As soon as a request is placed, we will do our best to staff someone within hours.

Do your provide care at hospitals and other facilities?

Yes, we do. A lot of family members feel the need to have extra care for their loved ones. Our caregivers are fully trained to work hand in hand with facility staff members to ensure a positive environment for the patient.
